Welcome to Castle Meadows Surgery
On behalf of Castle Meadows Surgery, we would like to welcome you to our website, which we hope will provide you with useful information on a range of services we provide. In addition to this, we hope it will provide you with a means of access to a host of information and link to helpful websites.
The Practice believes in providing good quality services which are easily accessible to our patients. We offer easy access to appointments and have a compact practice area which allows patients to travel easily to the surgery. We believe that the provision of services should be equal to all, regardless of age, race, sex and disability.
Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
Partners in Care
Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.
Access & Facilities
The surgery building is purpose built to meet disabled access requirements. We are all on one level, with disabled WC and an induction loop hearing system. Other facilities include sign language interpreter (needs to be pre-arranged with the surgery), baby changing facilities and our own car park.
All patients at Castle Meadows Surgery will have a named GP who is accountable to each patient for the care provided at the surgery. All new patients are allocated Dr Field as their named GP. You can change your named GP by contacting the surgery. You can still choose to see ANY doctor at the surgery.
